- This is a full-time on-site role for Head of Sales department (Incoming Tour manager) at Assistance Tour located in Baku.
- The Head of Sales department will be responsible for overseeing and managing incoming tours, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
- The head of sales department will also handle creating and calculating the offers, managing them and handle any issues or emergencies that arise during tours. - Working Hours
- Weekday: 10 am – 6 pm
- Tourism education is an advantage
- Experience in Tourism sector
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the travel industry and local attractions
- Customer service orientation
