- Assist in identifying and acquiring potential clients for IT support and internet services
- Research and engage with potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
- Prepare and send quotations, sales proposals, and contracts
- Organize and maintain client databases and sales records
- Help the team prepare for meetings, presentations, and global telecom events
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, tracking sales activity, and maintaining documentation
- Assist in following up with potential and existing clients to close deals.
- Sales Representative at Global IT and Telecom
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales navigator and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in russian and english
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks familiarity with IT support or telecom industries is a plus
