Responsibilities:
- Registering and answering incoming inquiries
- Preparation and providing price proposals based on the inquiry
- Search and compare vendors by required services
- Negotiating with vendors on price and transportation terms
- Arranging import, export, transit shipments
- Coordinate transportation projects
- Establish and maintain vendor and client databases
- Ensure proper documentation availability
- Customer relations development
