- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Respond to requests (email and whatsapp) as quickly and in detail as possible
- Work experience with MICE groups
- Keep regular contact with existing customers
- Work time: 10:00 – 18:00
- Monday - Saturday

- Fluent english language (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Incoming Tour manager job experience (min 1 year)
- A bachelor's or master degree
- Work experience in Incoming tourism
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English speaking
- Product knowledge
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
