Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The role involves sourcing and managing property data across Azerbaijan and contributing to the growth of our upcoming platform.
Contract Duration: One-year contract, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: 650 AZN (Azerbaijani Manat)
- Salary is subject to increase based on performance
- Additional commission and percentage on property sales

- Collect real estate data from agencies, brokers, and property marketers across Azerbaijan
- Gather information on apartments, houses, villas, agricultural land, residential land, and commercial land
- Upload and organize property listings on our platform (AzerRS.az – launching soon)
- Communicate with real estate offices and independent agents
- Support marketing and business development efforts.
