I’m looking for an HR Business Partner for a fintech company (digital bank).
Team size: 400+ specialists

Main focus: building a comprehensive people management system, including
motivation
development
retention
talent acquisition (recruitment approximately 20%)

This role offers full ownership of the HR function for a digital bank in the region and the opportunity to shape HR processes end-to-end.

Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments
At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong hiring results
At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, including compensation and benefits
Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience organizing assessment centers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, values-oriented, solution-focused mindset
Strong decision-making, time management, and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent business English
HR certification is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
Experience in international projects and implementation of digital transformation, automation, and process digitalization.

Job Requirements

Build a strong employer brand and position the company as a top workplace
Develop and implement HR strategies, procedures, and best practices
Design talent acquisition processes including recruitment flows, assessments, interviews, and talent pipeline development
Lead and support core HR processes
Drive talent acquisition for middle management roles
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Manage talent, career, and performance management processes
Increase employee satisfaction through timely resolution of grievances
Develop and manage compensation and benefits systems
Organize team-building events
Design and manage HR recordkeeping and data systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on team development and retention
Communicate and implement HR programs and initiatives
Participate in cross-functional projects
Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making
