We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead Meloc’s growth in Azerbaijan. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on driving sales, expanding partnerships, managing operations, and building a high-performing local team.

The ideal candidate combines leadership, sales execution, and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of the Azerbaijani market.

Proven experience in business development, sales management, or general management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
Experience working with B2B clients and corporate sales

Experience in technology, electronics, real estate, or construction sector is a plus

Job Requirements

Drive overall sales growth (B2C, B2B, corporate, and real estate clients)
Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies
Build and manage relationships with developers, contractors, hotels, offices, and distributors
Lead, train, and manage sales staff and operational team
Oversee daily business operations and ensure targets are met
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversions
Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Represent Meloc in negotiations, partnerships, and key client meetings
Report performance, forecasts, and growth plans to management.
