- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observations.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to design solutions aligned with Clopos’s system architecture and product roadmap.
- Support the rollout of new features and systems by preparing documentation, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA validation processes.
- Coordinate with external partners or clients to support integrations (e.g., payment processors, fiscal printers, accounting systems).
- Analyze and optimize business processes with a data-driven approach.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from conception through implementation and testing.
- Working hours 10:00-19:00, 5 days.
- Lunch break 13:00-14:00, provided by the company.
- Strong ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferrable).
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to create use case documents, process flows, data mapping, and wireframes/mockups.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL (basic data querying).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
