Our regional office in Baku supports customers across the Caspian, Middle East, and Africa by delivering high-quality solutions, exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic candidates for Procurement Specialist role, to join our small and collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing enquiries, sourcing materials, coordinating with international suppliers also providing sales support to the customers. This position is vital to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and technically suitable procurement for projects across the regions we deal, at the same time to coordinate with customers making sure opportunities are converted to orders. This is an entry level role where minimal prior experience will be an advantage, but we are also happy to hire non-experienced fresh graduates who proves to have great potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing purchase enquiries and orders from customers and internal teams
- Sourcing and liaising with global suppliers and manufacturers to ensure best pricing, delivery timelines, and product compatibility
- Negotiating terms and following up on quotations, lead times, and delivery schedules

- Minimal experience (max 3 years) in procurement, supply chain, or sales support roles is preferred, but not necessary. We'll provide training for everything you need to know.
