  • The platform is not an employer and is not responsible for the hiring process
  • No responsibility is taken for technical errors and viruses
  • Finding a job or an employee is not guaranteed
  • The site reserves the right to use listing information for advertising purposes

User responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for the information you enter
  • False and unlawful information is prohibited
  • The site is not responsible for the applications you receive

2. VACANCY RULES

General requirements

  • Publication period: 30 days
  • Only one position per listing
  • Listing content must be complete and clear
  • Salary must be shown only in AZN and be realistic
  • The title and main content of a published listing may not be changed

Unacceptable listings

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Online sale of medical products, cosmetics, and jewelry
  • Sale of medicines and cryptocurrency
  • Network marketing (MLM)
  • Mass hiring and pyramid structures
  • Vacancies that demand payment from the candidate
  • Suspicious and unlawful activity
  • Vacancies abroad (without a specific note)

Note: A listing may be rejected if there is little information about the company.

Approval

  • Listings are reviewed within 1–2 business days
  • Non-compliant listings are sent back for correction
  • In case of repeated violation, the account may be restricted

3. CV RULES

Requirements

  • Posting a CV is free of charge
  • Only one position may be specified
  • The photo must comply with CV standards
  • Education, work experience, and skills must be written clearly
  • Salary expectation only in AZN

Prohibited: Changing the position title and providing suspicious information

4. CV POOL

Access rights

Open only to registered, paying, and verified companies.

Rules of use

Permitted: Use only for the purpose of hiring

Strictly prohibited:

  • Transferring CV data to third parties
  • Selling it and using it for other purposes

In case of violation, the account is closed and legal action may be taken.

5. PRIVACY

  • Personal data is protected and secure
  • Data is stored only for the duration of the service
  • When an account is deleted, the data is removed from the platform
  • Your data is not sold to third parties
  • Cookies are used (to improve functionality and experience)

6. COMMUNICATION

Vakansiya.biz has the right to send SMS and email to registered users.

7. CHANGES

Vakansiya.biz reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
