Customer Representative / Retail Sales
About the job
Requirements: • University degree in Economics or Business; • At least 3 (three) years of banking experience (in customer service, sales, marketing, credit, or operations); • Excellent command of Azerbaijani (knowledge of Turkish, English, and Russian is an advantage); • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open customer accounts and carry out transactions related to these accounts; • Present all types of banking products and services to customers and provide necessary consultations; • Achieve high-level sales of banking products and services to assigned customers; • Continuously research potential customers and take steps to attract them to the Bank; • Manage the customer portfolio based on profitability, efficiency, and confidentiality of customer information; • Achieve budget and sales targets and monitor their progress; • Identify cross-selling opportunities; • Provide customers with information on the most suitable products and services from the Bank's portfolio, determine their needs, and offer alternative solutions; • Address and resolve customer complaints, taking necessary measures to minimize them.
