Process Management Officer

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector; University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or IT; • Knowledge of English, Turkish, and Russian is preferred; Proficiency in MS Office software; • Knowledge of banking workflows and banking laws; • Strong skills in data collection and analysis / Analytical thinking / Presentation skills / Ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document the Bank’s workflows; • Develop banking processes in line with local laws and business units' requirements; • Classify requests/projects together with IT teams as small requests, medium-sized projects, or large-scale projects; • Take initiative in process changes to ensure legal compliance, conduct impact analysis on the Bank with the support of relevant business units, and coordinate with IT for planning technical changes; • Create medium and large-scale system requirements in line with the "business hub" principle (including detailed process analysis, business decisions, interactions with other projects and processes, and impact analysis on customers and sales/operations); • For procedures under responsibility, create the “business impact” and “business case,” review additional requirements from affected business units, and determine their interdependencies; • Manage system authorization groups: assign/revoke to/from users, create/modify/ • delete users, create/modify/delete authorization groups
