- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery schedules, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with agents and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, state regulations.
