We’re looking for a young, motivated, and driven technical Sales manager to join our dynamic team Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customers and key decision-makers
- Lead sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet customer needs
- Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure the best deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Track, monitor, and report sales performance We offer:
- Full-time: 09:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri
- Salary: 800-1000 AZN + sales bonus

Требования к вакансии

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Proficient with computers and CRM/ERP systems
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn about new products and services
- Knowledge of delivery management or logistics industry is a plus
- Strong ability to conduct market research and identify target customers
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with vendors and distributors
- Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
-mStrong organizational skills to manage multiple sales activities effectively
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (native proficiency), with proficiency in english and russian
