- Minimum 5+ years of experience in inbound tourism
- Strong knowledge of the Azerbaijan market
- Established network with agents and suppliers
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluency in English.
- Develop and execute inbound strategies for Azerbaijan
- Design and price competitive travel packages
- Manage relationships with international agents and local suppliers
- Oversee operations and ensure high service quality
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
