Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
Strong pastry and baking knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage production
High attention to detail and quality control
Professional hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts
Decorate cakes and pastries to a high standard
Plan daily production to meet demand
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Monitor ingredient quality and stock requirements
Support development of new dessert items and seasonal products.
