- Managing hotel and transportation bookings for clients
- Designing, pricing, and customizing tour packages based on client preferences
- Coordinating with suppliers (hotels, transport services, guides) for smooth delivery of services
- Resolving any operational issues during the trip
- Providing on-the-ground support for clients during their stay
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients
- Handling client inquiries, providing detailed information, and supporting them throughout their travel journey
- Ensuring all reservations and bookings are accurate and confirmed
- 6 days in a week
- Fluent English skills (mandatory)
- Russian language skills (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism or hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules
- Experience in creating tour packages is an advantage
