İş haqqında

Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients/stakeholders/partners
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements & to be on domestic/international business trips
- Take dictation, notes and minutes/protocols of the official meeting
- Conduct sequential translation during formal and informal meetings and discussions
- Produce and conduct meetings, reports, presentations and briefs
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services
- Observing best business practices and etiquette
- Data collection and systematization
- Conduct desktop research on several subjects
- Meet guests in office and arrange everything necessary for conducting meetings
- Preparation daily/weekly media reports from local and international mass media resources and social networks (social-political, tourism and hospitality and similar subjects)

Tələblər

- We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
- You will work on a one-to-one and team basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication
- Personal Assistant will offer comprehensive support in all areas of business, including communications, administration, project management, also orchestrate of travel and events for best performance
- An ideal candidate will also feel comfortable working in a high-pressure office environment Requirements and skills:
- Strive to gain work experience as a Personal assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in text & oral translation into/reverse english and azeri
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Advanced typing, note taking, recordkeeping and organizational skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, MS Access, Power Point)
- Understanding of main principles of geography, cartography, nature and ecology
- Commitment to the principles of sustainable development (SDG)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to organize, manage and lead formal and informal meetings/events
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- BA degree
- Diploma or certification in tourism and hospitality would be considered an advantage
