- Video conferencing system (VCS), Unified Communications, PBX, IP based telephony, Unified Communications
- No less than 3 years of experience in IT
- Knowledge and Experience in basic IT services: Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FileService
- Microsoft MCSA Certification or above required
- Advanced knowledge and Experience in administering MS Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, MS Teams, Skype for Business, MS Unified Communications, IP based telephony, mail and collaboration systems, SharePoint Online, One drive
- Knowledge and Experience in IP based telephony
- At least 2 years’ experience of working with corporate PBX Alcatel-Lucent BiCS 2.0 OmniPCX Enterprise, CISCO CUCM 12.X
- Advanced knowledge and Experience of Cisco TelePresence and CUCM:
- Valid TelePresence Solutions Administration Certified required
- The PBX Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Eterprise Administration Certified required
- Experience in configuring and working with Tandberg and Polycom video communication equipment
- Experience in arranging video conferences using IP and ISDN protocols with more than two remote offices
- Valid Cisco CCNA certification can act as a prerequisite
- While a valid Cisco CCNP Voice is not a prerequisite certification, a working understanding of CVOICE, QoS, CIPT1, and CIPT2 are highly recommended
- Language skills: English: at least intermediate level
