- Collaborate with the Procurement team to facilitate the procurement process, including raising quotations, analyzing quotations, and preparing tender and procurement documents
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing, and track orders
- Facilitate documentation delivery, obtain necessary signatures, scan, copy, and archive procurement documents efficiently, ensuring organized and accessible records
- Support stock, inventory, and asset management, including counting and reporting
- Expedite the delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams
- Assist in preparing purchase orders within the company's ERP systems and track order progress, supplier performance
- Working schedule: 5 working days, from 09:00 to 18:00
- Place of work: Baku city, Salyan highway 32

- Bachelor's or University degree in business, finance, supply chain management, economics, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian is preferable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Less than a year of experience or recent graduate
