- The Call Center manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing
the call center operations
- This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the contact
center, utilizing analytical skills to monitor performance, and leading and supervising the call center team
- The Call Center Manager will also need to have strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and other team members Qualifications:
