What is expected from the candidate:
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Responsible producing in the preparation of all food in the assigned station in the kitchen in accordance with the established company menus and recipes
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room
- Ensure complete knowledge of all staff recipes and that they are served to the correct standards
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required
- Work schedule: shift work (9 hours)
What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Good knowledge of english (will work with an english-speaking chef)
- Previous kitchen experience within hospitality
- Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices
- The ability to meet hygiene standards
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
- Passion for delivering great food and service
