- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control for interior fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of finishing works, joinery, and architectural details
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Skilled in inspection procedures, snagging, NCR issuance, and follow-up
- Familiarity with local building codes and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, QMS)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills (daily logs, inspection reports)
- Experience coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Computer literacy (MS Office; knowledge of PlanRadar, SnagR, or similar is a plus)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work on site and stay long-term at the project location.
