Call Center Representative

Requirements:

• Higher education; • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian; • Fluent and articulate in Azerbaijani; • Clear diction; • Strong telephone communication skills; • Excellent verbal expression and persuasion skills; • Strong interpersonal skills; • Sales-oriented, with proven ability to conduct sales over the phone; • Ability to work in shifts (including evenings and night hours); • Computer skills: MS Office software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to customers by presenting all telephone banking services; • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution; • Promote and sell the Bank's products and services; • Deliver personalized and professional communication to all callers.
