Requirements:

• Higher legal education; At least 3 years of professional experience in litigation, enforcement, and auction proceedings; Mandatory banking experience (at least 3 years of experience in litigation, enforcement, and auction processes within the banking sector); Knowledge of legislative acts applicable to banks; • Solid knowledge of civil, labor, and administrative laws, as well as civil, administrative, and commercial procedures; • Commitment to continuously learning about legal and legislative updates and applying them appropriately in practice; Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Bank in court, enforcement, auction, and other relevant legal proceedings. Participate in the drafting of legal documents; • Take necessary legal measures to ensure the recovery of non-performing loans; Maintain a systematic registry and archive of effective normative legal acts, keeping accurate records of their amendments or repeals; • Provide legal opinions on draft contracts or proposed agreements. • Perform other related tasks arising from job functions as assigned. • Please send your CV to: [email protected].
